How it works

  1. Place an order for an X-ray inspection
  2. We’ll ship all the necessary equipment and instructions directly to your site
  3. Follow the included instructions and complete your inspection
    • The included equipment will take data on how your equipment is performing, including things like
      • kVp accuracy
      • Half Value Layer
      • Manual Timer Accuracy
      • X-ray to Light field accuracy
      • Light field intensity
      • AEC backup, density, reproducibility
      • AP L-spine entrance Dose
    • It should only take about an hour!
  4. Once completed, pack things up and send it back to us.
  5. One of our physicists on staff will review your data, and send you a report within a few days
  6. Repeat annually to remain compliant!
